Important SuperBox Setup Instructions

Please Read This Guide In Its Entirety, It Is Highly-Recommended To Get apps like Netflix 

It is suggested that you install apps from the ‘App Store’ to fully enjoy your new SuperBox. It only takes 5-10 minutes. If you have any problems with this setup, please reach out to our 24/7 SuperBox technical support team here at https://superbox.store/help and they can do these important steps for you remotely. Here’s the step-by-step guide on how to do it yourself: 

Step 1

First setup your SuperBox, this includes plugging in the HDMI cord, the power adapter, turning it on (make sure you’re within 5-10 feet of the SuperBox to use your remote), and connecting your Wi-Fi or ethernet cable to the SuperBox. 

Step 2

Make sure you’re on the main menu by pressing the home button on the remote. Then hold the #6 on the remote for approximately 10 seconds. A screen should popup saying “Test connect to server”. If that screen pops up you are doing it successfully, if it doesn’t popup please hold the remote closer to the SuperBox or double-check that you’re connected to the internet by going to ‘Settings’ with the gear icon on the bottom left. 

Step 3

Press the home button on the remote again to exit the popup, then navigate to ‘App Store’. Please make sure you click ‘App Store’ and not ‘Apps’ for this step. On the App Store, you should see an app icon that says “Google Play Store” and another that says “App Store” with a little android man for the icon. Click on the one with a little android man. 

Step 4

It will ask you several questions with a countdown, please proceed. Once here you have access to a brand new app store to expand your SuperBox experience. Choose the app you wish to install, and a green check mark should appear when the selected app has completed installing. 

Step 5

Press the home button on the remote, then go to ‘Apps’. Here you will see all the apps you have successfully downloaded. You simply just have to click them to open them now.
